For those MWI students that will
need housing while in school, we have
arranged discounted housing for you. From a private 1 bedroom
"Efficiency" apartment to 2-bedroom houses and duplexes for your
convenience. These units are available on a first come first served
basis. If you are in need of housing while you are attending MWI,
the admissions staff will be able to assign a housing location that
best fits your needs, cost $100.00/ week.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN MWI HOUSING! Those with pets must secure
their own housing.
NOTE: All units are furnished with furniture and appliances. The
prices include all utilities, (excluding telephone) and in some
cases cable. Students are responsible for bringing their own bedding
(linens for a full sized bed), towels, toiletries, cooking utensils,
(including pots and pans, TV, alarm clock, vacuum cleaner and their
own personal items.
Security Deposit: A $400.00 dollar deposit will be required for each
occupant. When vacating the unit,$50.00 will be retained as a
leasing fee, and the balance of $350.00 will be refunded within 30
days after moving out IF NO DAMAGE IS FOUND.

MWI
admissions will let you know who your landlord will be and
the address of your apartment. Please contact the landlord
to schedule the date that you are going to arrive in Nevada
so that they can meet you, and check you into housing. The
move in date is typically in the afternoon on the Saturday
before you are scheduled to start.
Here are the prices for the units:

>2 Bedroom Duplexes or 2-3 bedroom Houses.....$100.00/week per
person
These options are used for students wanting to share a unit
with another
student, or, for those with a spouse and/or family. Maximum
2 adults per unit. Each adult student will be responsible
for paying the "per person", rate per month.
You may wish to bring your R-V or 5th Wheel with you. The

county area offers several options.
